Founding Tianchang Caile Stationery Supplies Co., Ltd.
Driven by veteran cultural-creative entrepreneur Jason Huang, expansion into mainland China’s art materials hub began in Tianchang—leveraging its comprehensive ecosystem of tinware, raw pigments, and packaging. Officially registered on April 16, 2021, as a priority industrial project, the plant commissioned its initial automated lines for soft pastels and essential art sets.

Executive Leadership & Taiwan Aesthetic Integration
In October 2022, Jason Huang took over leadership as General Manager and Legal Representative. He repositioned product development by integrating Taiwan’s refined creative aesthetic into cosmetic-inspired portable watercolor palettes, and launched long-term rural art philanthropy, donating self-manufactured eco-pastels annually to regional schools.
2023 – 2024 | Formula R&D & Strategic Alliances
Direct Export Qualification & Taiwan Yilan Series Launch
Obtained direct import and export permissions in late 2023 and completed European EN71 and US CPSC safety testing. Engineered the flagship “Taiwan Yilan Series” semi-moist solid watercolor (G-WC50) and filed our first independent watercolor palette design patent. Established strategic supply-chain cooperation with Jiafeng Art (Artecho / Mont Marte supply chain) to share raw materials, laboratory testing, and bulk capacity.
2025 – 2026 | Scale Expansion & Autonomous Export Entity
Global Distribution, Patent Grants & Dual-Track Operations
Annual revenue surpassed RMB 20 million with 10+ automated lines and 60+ skilled personnel. Formed dedicated export entity “Tianchang Kavalan Import & Export Co., Ltd.” in August 2025 to manage autonomous customs clearance, ocean logistics, and Amazon AGL directly.
